Express Shipping: $5.00 AUD (Free when spending over $200.00 AUD
We aim to keep shipping affordable and accessible, with express upgrades available for those who need their order faster.
Shipping Times
Shipping times typically range from 3–14 business days, depending on your location and local courier services.
We ship from the closest fulfillment centre available to ensure swift delivery.
Processing Times
Our processing time is typically under 8 hours for all orders placed before the daily cutoff time.

Delays & Lost Packages
While we aim to ship quickly and efficiently, delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, or courier issues. These are unfortunately out of our control, but we’ll do everything we can to assist.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but your package hasn’t arrived, please allow 24 hours before contacting us — packages are sometimes scanned early by couriers. If it’s still missing, reach out to us at help@prestigetans.com and we’ll help resolve it.
Changes, Cancellations & Address Errors
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please email us at help@prestigetans.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist, but once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address details provided at checkout, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
